Chris Borden is featured in morning drive on Top 40 legend KTKT in Tucson, Arizona, on April 9, 1959. Borden went from KTKT to KEWB in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he worked with Gary Owens, Casey Kasem, Ted Randall and others. He then spent two years at KSFO with Don Sherwood, Jim Lange and Al "Jazzbeau" Collins, followed by a year at KNBR.

Chris left radio for filmmaking, and was also the founder of the broadcast school attended by Sly Stone (of The Family Stone.)

This was when radio was fun and we could do anything we wanted! I used a lot of voice tracks and musical stingers.
